Learnerz IAS, a renowned institute for UPSC Civil Services Examination preparation, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Teaching Faculty in the subjects of Kerala Governance and System of Administration, Kerala Economy; Kerala Geography; Kerala History; Malayalam Grammar; English Grammar. As a Teaching Faculty at Learnerz IAS, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from home with your laptop/PC. You will be responsible for creating slides based on the prescribed topics provided by Learnerz IAS in the specified format and recording video classes in Malayalam using the provided writing tab and microphone. Technical assistance will be provided for screen recording on your laptop. The slides should be in English to ensure maximum comprehension by the students.
Responsibilities:
- Subject Expertise: Demonstrate a thorough understanding and expertise in the subjects of Polity, Indian Economy, World, Indian and Kerala Geography, Indian and Kerala History, specifically as per the UPSC Civil Services Examination syllabus.
- Slide Creation: Develop comprehensive and visually engaging slides in English based on the prescribed topics provided by Learnerz IAS. Ensure the slides align with the institute's format and guidelines.
- Video Class Recording: Utilize the provided writing tab and microphone to record high-quality video classes in Malayalam. Deliver lectures effectively, covering the relevant concepts and topics as per the UPSC Civil Services Examination syllabus.
- Content Coverage: Provide in-depth coverage of the subjects, incorporating current affairs, case studies, and relevant examples to enhance students' understanding and application of the concepts.
- Curriculum Alignment: Ensure that the content created and delivered aligns with the institute's pedagogy, learning objectives, and the requirements of the UPSC Civil Services Examination.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all the created content and video classes.
- Research and Updates: Stay updated with the latest developments, trends, and changes in the subjects, including current affairs, and incorporate them into the teaching materials.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the content creation team, providing inputs and feedback to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the study material and resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
- UPSC CSE Mains Qualified: Must have successfully appeared for and cleared the UPSC Civil Services/KAS Examination Prelims
- Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching or mentoring students, preferably in the field of UPSC Civil Services Examination preparation.
- Technological Proficiency: Proficient in using a laptop/PC for slide creation and screen recording. Comfortable with the provided writing tab and microphone for video class recording.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Malayalam to deliver lectures effectively in the preferred language of instruction. Proficiency in English to create slides in the specified format.
- Subject Expertise: Extensive knowledge and understanding of the subjects of Polity, Indian and Kerala Economy, World, Indian and Kerala Geography, Indian and Kerala History as per the UPSC Civil Services/KAS Examination syllabus.
