The event was also used to raise awareness about tuberculosis, school admissions, and health issues.
Officials encouraged youth to join sports, highlighting benefits like fitness and job opportunities in the Army, police, and Railways.
Officials plan to expand such tournaments and improve sports infrastructure under the ‘Khelo Mewat’ initiative.
