സംയുക്ത പ്രസ്താവന നിരസിച്ചു (Joint Statement Declined): ചൈനയിൽ നടന്ന ഷാങ്ഹായ് കോ-ഓപ്പറേഷൻ ഓർഗനൈസേഷൻ (SCO) പ്രതിരോധ മന്ത്രിമാരുടെ യോഗത്തിലെ സംയുക്ത പ്രസ്താവനയിൽ ഒപ്പുവെക്കാൻ ഇന്ത്യ വിസമ്മതിച്ചു.
കാരണം (The Reason): ഏപ്രിൽ 22-ന് നടന്ന പഹൽഗാം ഭീകരാക്രമണത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് പ്രസ്താവനയിൽ പരാമർശിക്കാത്തതും, എന്നാൽ ബലൂചിസ്ഥാനിലെ സായുധ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയതുമാണ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ എതിർപ്പിന് കാരണം. പാകിസ്ഥാനും ചൈനയും ഭീകരവാദത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ശ്രദ്ധ തിരിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് ഇന്ത്യ കരുതുന്നു.
ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ശക്തമായ നിലപാട് (India's Strong Stance): പ്രതിരോധമന്ത്രി രാജ്‌നാഥ് സിംഗ് യോഗത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ പ്രസംഗത്തിൽ പഹൽഗാം ആക്രമണത്തെ ശക്തമായി അപലപിച്ചു. ഐക്യരാഷ്ട്രസഭ ഭീകരസംഘടനയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ച ലഷ്കർ-ഇ-തൊയ്ബയുടെ (Lashkar-e-Taiba) നിഴൽ സംഘടനയായ ദി റെസിസ്റ്റൻസ് ഫ്രണ്ട് (TRF) ആണ് ആക്രമണത്തിന് പിന്നിലെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
അതിർത്തി കടന്നുള്ള ഭീകരവാദം (Cross-border Terrorism): ചില രാജ്യങ്ങൾ തങ്ങളുടെ നയത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി അതിർത്തി കടന്നുള്ള ഭീകരവാദം ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയും ഭീകരർക്ക് അഭയം നൽകുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നുവെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തി.
