Key Highlights from the News
Russia offers support for India's Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA), India's fifth-generation fighter jet program.
This assistance is offered through the local production of Russia's own fifth-generation fighter jet, the Su-57.
The Russian Ambassador emphasized that the India-Russia relationship has evolved beyond a "buyer-seller relationship" to one of joint development, co-production, and technology sharing.
The BrahMos supersonic cruise missile is a prime example of this cooperation, which is now being upgraded to a hypersonic version. 🚀
Both countries are also seeking cooperation in new technologies such as anti-drone systems and advanced radar.
Despite U.S. pressure, Russia stated that oil trade with India will continue, and alternative logistics and payment systems have been developed for this purpose.
